Alma Dyson Gregory

Alma Gregory, 91, of North Little Rock, AR, Passed away Monday, February 6, 2012. Alma was born March 11, 1920, in Halifax England to Walter and Rosina Hatton Dyson. She came to the United States at an early age and was a longtime resident of Bridgeport. Alma and her late husband, Detective Robert E. Gregory, were the owners of the popular Park Avenue Fish Market and members of the Fayerweather Yacht Club. In 1980, Alma retired and relocated to North Little Rock, Arkansas. Alma is survived by her grandchildren, David R. Gregory of Greensboro, NC; Shawn Gregory of Hamden, CT; Scott Pruitt of Little Rock, AR and Beth Lloyd of New Braunfels, TX; and seven great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. Gregory; daughter, Lois Pruitt; and son, Robert E. Gregory Jr. Burial services will be held 1:00pm, Monday, February 13, 2012 at the Mountain Grove Cemetery located at 2675 North Avenue, Bridgeport.
