She was a 1954 graduate of Brooklyn Homemaking High School. Upon graduation, she married her high school sweetheart, Frank Latronica, and they had four children together. Ann learned to cook big Italian dinners for her family which is something she enjoyed doing all her life. She would never come to a party empty-handed. Ann was also a talented seamstress having fashioned beautiful wardrobes for her children, including stunning holiday attire and intricate Halloween costumes.

In 1979, she married her second husband, George Nesbitt. That year, she also began working for the Group Sales Box Office in New York, NY, which fueled her love of the theater.

Ann enjoyed music, dancing, the beach, coffee-and was a devoted football fan. Above all, what was most important to Ann was her family.
