Anna M. Nevers

Anna M. Nevers, age 71, of Seymour, beloved wife of 52 years of Kenneth W. Nevers, passed away peacefully Saturday, August 27, 2016 in her home. Born in Bridgeport the daughter of the late Guy and Kay Caruso, she had been a Seymour resident for many years. She was a graduate of St. Ambrose Parochial School and Warren Harding High School. Anna enjoyed bowling theorem painting and arts and crafts, but above all else, delighted in time spent with her family, especially her cherished grandchildren. Survivors in addition to her loving husband Kenneth include for beloved sons, George D. Nevers and his wife Kristine, Michael W. Nevers and his wife Tiffany, Ronald G. Nevers and his wife Melva and Christopher C. Nevers and his companion Josephine; her devoted grandchildren, Tyler, Zachary, Alexa, Michael, Nicholas, Ryan, Christopher, Jr., Jeremy and Nathan; a brother, Guy Caruso and his wife Donna of Annandale, VA; a sister, Pamela Massaro and her husband Gary of Stratford; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, September 2, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 733 Oxford Road, Oxford, CT 06478. Interment will be private.
