Brad Keilitz

Brad Keilitz of Fairfield, CT passed away peacefully on May 20, 2022 surrounded by his family.  Brad was born and raised in Mt. Pleasant, MI and was the son of Dave and Sue Keilitz.  He graduated from Mt. Pleasant High School and Central Michigan University.  He married his college sweetheart, Katie Clayton, in 1996 and they enjoyed a beautiful marriage for 26 years. Brad and Katie had four children: Madeline, Abigail, Sofia and Benjamin. Brad was the National Accounts Director for Nestle’ North America.  Brad is survived by his wife and children; his parents; brother Craig and wife Jane Keilitz; sister-in-law Annie Clayton; sister-in-law Molly (James) Fisher; Aunt Nancy and Uncle Tom Cronkright; cousins Jamie and Jason Cronkright and Kevin Keilitz. He is preceded in death by his grandparents Laurence and Marie Keilitz and Jack and Dorothy Prine; in-laws Mike and Sue Clayton and his uncle Dan Keilitz. Brad was extremely devoted to his family and friends and was happiest when with them. He had an infectious laugh and an incredible sense of humor that put everyone that met him at ease.  Brad had a strong faith and was at peace which brought comfort to his family. The Keilitz family wishes to thank all those who provided so much love and support to them over these past several months. The family will host a Celebration of Brad’s Life at the Spear Miller Funeral Home in Fairfield, CT on June 25 from 1:00 - 4:00 pm.  Memorial contributions may be made in Brad’s honor to Regional Hospice at 30 Milestone Road, Danbury, CT 06810.
