Catherine T. (Hasak) Boroskey

Catherine (Cathy or Cath) Theresa Boroskey, 81, currently resided in Cocoa, FL, the beloved wife of 62 years and 3 years of dating to Robert E. Boroskey, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 10, 2023. She was born in Bridgeport, CT to the late Stephen and Eileen Hasak. She lived most of her life in Fairfield, CT. Cathy worked as a Deputy Clerk at the Federal Court in Bridgeport and was a proud member of the Ya-Ya’s – the best bunch of gal-pals a lady could ask for. Cathy was a graduate of Notre Dame High School in Fairfield. Cathy was an amazing landscaper and house decorator. Cathy and her husband, Bob, would collaborate on their home by completely changing the inside and outside to be “Better Homes and Gardens” worthy and exactly how they envisioned it to be. What an amazing team.

Cathy is survived by her loving husband, Robert (Bob) Boroskey; her daughters, Doreen A. Boroskey and Donna M. Boroskey. She was predeceased by her sister, Eileen Falchek.

A church service will be held at Blessed Sacrament Church, 5135 US-1, Cocoa, FL on Thursday, December 7, 2023 at 1:00pm. A public Memorial Mass in Connecticut will be held and announced at a later date.
