Diane B. Scanlon

Diane B. Scanlon, age 70, of Milford, formerly of Fairfield, passed away peacefully Tuesday, December 29, 2015 in her home. Born in Stamford, the daughter of the late Winslow and Julia Darling, she had been a Fairfield resident for most of her life. She graduated from Roger Ludlowe high School and retired as a Purchasing Specialist at Pepperidge Farm. Survivors include her beloved son, Michael P. Scanlon and his wife Laura of Milford; six cherished grandchildren, Aidan, Liam, Abigail, Ethan, Christian and Finnegan. She was predeceased by her brother, Jay Darling. Friends may greet the family Friday, January 8, 2015 from 4-8 p.m. in the Spear-Miller Funeral Home, 39 South Benson Road, Fairfield. All other services will be private.
