Fraser McMillan Brown, age 70 of Black Rock, passed away peacefully at 12:50 PM, Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at St. Vincent's Medical Center. Born in Northwich, Cheshire, United Kingdom, he came to the United States 47 years ago and had been a Blackrock resident for the last 28 years. Mr. Brown was a family manager/Major Domo. He in service with several well-established families in Connecticut, New York and Washington DC. He was a gourmet chef cook and loved cooking with his friends. Survivors include his sister, Mrs. Leslie Watson Johnson of Christchurch, Dorset UK. In accordance with his wishes, funeral services will be private.
