Geoffrey K Gardner

Geoffrey K. Gardner, age 33, of Stratford, beloved son of Kenneth and Judi Gardner, passed away suddenly Thursday, July 9, 2015. His beloved daughter, Mikayla Kershaw-Gardner; two loving sisters, Tracy Betzig-Dottori and her husband Jim of Branford and Amy daSilva and her husband Bill of Milford; an uncle Peter Dahl and his wife Cynthia; two cousins Kevin Dahl and Darren Dahl, and several nieces and nephews also survive Geoffrey. Words cannot describe the love Geoffrey's family had for him. He was passionate and dedicated to his beautiful 6-year-old daughter and her happiness. Geoff was an avid sports lover, his childhood friends referred to him as "The Hoss" on and off the football field. He loved the NY Giants, the game of football and playing lacrosse with his nieces and nephews. The Geoff we knew will always be remembered as the funny, kind- hearted man who loved being a dad. We will always carry his memory in our hearts with love. A memorial service celebrating Geoffrey's life will be held at 10:00am Saturday July 18, 2015 the Lordship Community Church, 179 Prospect Drive, Stratford. Burial will be private at the request of the family.
