"This is a beautiful day. Gloria DeCarlo has been part of our lives for almost 93 years and has moved on to her next legacy. The only pure heart I knew was hers. Any time you needed a true friend, she was it. If a family member was in need, she was there. She listened and loved without judgment. She was honest and called ‘BS' what it was. The most significant love I learned was from her. Sometimes real strength is silent. To simply to be present and know the correct time to let loved ones learn lessons, then be there with open arms to listen with a wholesome and genuine heart. Imagine if we all attempt to simply listen and embrace loved ones during a time of grieving. Gloria's name is the most accurate single word that represents her life: Glory. Thank you for the treasure chest of endless positive memories I will always hold in my heart. You made the world a better place and that is what I will strive to do for your legacy, every day. I love you" - Daniel Buzzeo, nephew
