It is with profound sadness that the family of Guadalupe Aguilar announces that their beloved departed this life to rest with her Heavenly Father, on August 15, 2016, after a battle with pancreatic cancer. Her devotion to her family and firm belief in the Lord gave her strength and peace. Guadalupe, age 70, was born in Bolivia. She will be forever remembered by her devoted children Kelly, Hugo, her daughter-in- law Vanessa, and her precious grandchildren Brianna and Gabriela. She is predeceased by her brother Reynaldo and survived by her loving sister Betty Montalvo. Guadalupe dedicated her life to the Lord and her children. She was a hard working mother. She raised her two children with patience, discipline, humility and to love the Lord. From the beginning, she dedicated her children to the Lord and encouraged them to explore the beauty of the Gospels. Guadalupe was known for her kindness and loving heart. She left her indelible imprint on everyone who was blessed to know her including casual acquaintances. Her gentle manner and authenticity made her an extraordinary Mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Guadalupe was gifted with creative and artistic ability. She had an amazing talent for fixing complex problems. She was loved, cherished and will be greatly missed. A memorial service will take place on Saturday, August 20, 2016 at 11:00AM in Black Rock Church, 3685 Black Rock Turnpike, Fairfield CT 06825 with Pastor Gaylord Lemke officiating.
