Harry D. Eisenberg, age 71, of Black Rock, beloved husband of 21 years to Lorraine Saya Eisenberg, passed away at his residence, with his devoted wife at his side, on Wednesday, December 27, 2023, losing his battle to Cancer.

Born in Bridgeport on April 1, 1952, Harry was the youngest son of the late Monroe and Doris Eisenberg, of San Diego, CA.

Harry, was a special soul, an accomplished musician, a sharp dressed man, well-traveled, loved his grand-children, fine dining, and cruising the backroads of Fairfield finding different routes. He was an avid NY Yankees fan and the late Jeff Beck and Pat Martino, were his idols.  He loved working on his classic Mercedes cars, finishing the NY Times Saturday cross-word puzzles, playing tennis, viewing Jeopardy with his wife Lori, acing many questions and watching ‘we the people news’ on Rumble. He absolutely loved reading, always learning. Harry was self-educated in Business, computer technology, auto mechanics, electricity, government/politics, history and music amongst other things. One of his favorite pass times was feasting and enjoying the friendship at his favorite restaurant - Joseph’s Steak House in Bridgeport.

He grew up in Fairfield CT, and in his youth, Harry, played for the American major little league team, sponsored by Klarh Glass, in 1963 and 1964 of Fairfield. Also, at the age of twelve, Harry, like many during this musical era, aspired to become a musician in a rock-n-roll band. He worked as a Caddy at the Fairfield Country Club, which enabled him to pursue his musical interests. He started out playing Drums, then sold his drums to his childhood buddy John Palazollo. More intrigued in learning guitar, Harry excelled quickly and started a rock band, The Water boys. When Harry’s family moved to Weston, he attended Staples High School in Westport from 1968-1970, The Water Boys, played along with so many talented local bands. Harry, sat in for many bands, including the band, Smoke. There were a few Epic Bands that appeared at Staples like Cream, The Young Rascals, The Doors, The Byrds, Sly and the Family Stone and so many more. It was incredible.  In 1970-71, Harry landed a fantastic opportunity to play with Elephant’s Memory, the back-up band for John Lennon and the Plastic Ono Band. Soon after, Harry began a long and arduous journey to refine his musical interests.  While he played on local softball leagues, and worked Bar tending in different venues, he studied guitar with the late Jazz guitarist, Pat Martino, his mentor; and also studied piano with the late Lou Stein. In the 80’s, Harry worked as a studio Jazz guitarist and learned the Music industry working with Sidney Bernstein, who passed in 2013, he was busy finding, promoting and producing new musical talent i.e. (Special EFX, and Matt Simone). While playing guitar was his passion, Harry left the music industry to establish his business – Mazewerks LLC, in which he developed a software product –the Expo Manager. Several years later, he sold the software rights to TSCentral.com in Boston MA, where he and his wife Lori, first met.  They married three years later, and lived in Westport, enjoying their grandchildren. For the next 25 years, Harry worked for Aperture, an Emerson power network, as Application Consultant Engineer, enjoying travels with his wife until his retirement, and moved to Blackrock.
