Ileana D. Vaugh

Ileana D. Vaugh, age 53, of Fairfield, wife of Christopher C. Vaugh passed away Monday, March 23, 2015 at The Connecticut Hospice, Branford. Born in Bridgeport on April 9, 1961, she was the daughter of Herman DeCampos and Carmen Roman-Rosado. Following graduation from Central High School, she spent most of her career working in the banking industry. Her last position was Human Resources Director for Donghia, Inc. of Milford. Ileana was a wonderful wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. She was loved and respected by all who knew her and will be greatly missed; most of all by her daughter Katie who was her pride and joy. In addition to her husband and parents, she is survived by a daughter Katherine Vaugh of Fairfield, brothers, Rudolpho Padro and his wife Elizabeth of Miami Lakes, FL and Abel Padro of West Haven and sister-in-law, Andrea Urbano of Boston, MA; a sister, Maritza DeCampos and Patrick Petty of Boston, MA and brothers, Ariel and Jose Rosado of Maine. Ileana is also survived by her father-in-law, Charles J. Vaugh of Fairfield; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Patricia and John Leahy of Fairfield and a sister-in-law, Mary-Sue Baricko and her husband Drew of Stratford. Surviving nieces and nephews are Miguel, Jolene and Thomas Padro, Zoe Petty, Abbey, John and Patrick Baricko. As per Ileana's wishes, there will be no calling hours and burial will be private. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the CT Hospice, 100 Double Beach Rod., Branford, CT 06405.
