Irma Nehring Pelton

Irma N. Pelton, age 88, of Fairfield, beloved wife of the late Donald W. Pelton, passed away peacefully Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at the Health Center at the Watermark. Born in Queens Village, NY the daughter of the late Charles and Muriel Nehring, she had been a Fairfield resident since 1992. Irma had been an active member of Our Saviour's Lutheran Church in Fairfield. She is survived by a nephew, Glenn Brower and a niece, Cathy DiPinto of Rochester, NY. Friends may call on Sunday, July 23, 2017 from 2-4 p.m. in the Spear-Miller Funeral Home, 39 South Benson Road, Fairfield. A graveside service officiated by the Rev. Mark Christoffersen will be held Monday, July 24th at 10:00 a.m. at Lawncroft Cemetery, 1740 Black Rock Turnpike, Fairfield, CT 06825.
