Jean Condon

On the morning of Saturday, December 26, 2015 our beloved mother Jean Condon passed onto God. Jean was born in Chicago, IL, later living in Asheville, NC, and resided in the Fairfield area since 1960. Jean was a woman of many gifts, talents and interests. She was a singer, artist, executive secretary, plane spotter during WWII, champion bridge player, animal lover, world traveler, musician, excellent cook, baker, gardener and volunteer. Jean was always a friend to so many and a treasure to her children. Jean was predeceased by her husband Albert L. Condon, Jr. She is survived by her daughter Terri Salmons, son Bert Condon and many cherished people whom she loved! We can't thank them enough for all their prayers, love and support. We would like to thank the nurses, aides, technicians, respiratory therapists, housekeeping, and security at St. Vincent's Hospital. We also would like to thank our home aides Karen and Jennifer for what you do everyday and especially the way you helped our mom. Sincerely the family of Jean Condon. A memorial mass will be celebrated on Saturday, January 2, 2016 at 11:30 AM in Our Lady of the Assumption Church, 545 Stratfield Rd., Fairfield, CT. In lieu of flowers, a donation to your favorite charity in memory and honor of Jean Condon would be appreciated.
