Kathleen Mary Caldaroni

Kathleen Mary Caldaroni, age 79 of Trumbull, beloved wife of the late Anthony J. Caldaroni, passed away peacefully Sunday, January 28, 2018 at Lord Chamberlain in Stratford. Born in Bridgeport, the daughter of the late John and Helen O'Byrne, she had been a Trumbull resident for over 50 years. She was a graduate of St. Mary's High School in New Haven and received an Associates Degree from the University of Bridgeport. Mrs. Caldaroni was an office manager and bookkeeper for Integrated Marketing International. Kathleen loved spending time with her family, especially her cherished grandchildren. She enjoyed playing pinochle and bridge with her husband and friends and was an avid gardener. She was especially proud of her Irish heritage. Kathy will be lovingly remembered by her children, Michael and his wife Stacey Newell of Monroe, Robert and his wife Lisa Wenger of Wilton, Thomas and his wife Merci of Middlebury and Karen DeRose and her husband Dan of Trumbull; ten cherished grandchildren, Michael Jr, Nick, Courtney, Carly, Matthew, T.J., Robert, Katie, Danny and Peter; a great-granddaughter, Harley; brother, John P. O'Byrne and his wife Dottie of Newtown; her sister, Eileen Hall of Anchorage, AK; sister-in-law, Roberta O'Byrne of Wallingford;and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband she was predeceased by her brother, Donald O'Byrne and brother-in-law, George Hall. The family would like to thank the caring staff at Lord Chamberlain. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated Friday, February 2, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Theresa Church, 5301 Main Street, Trumbull. Interment will be private.
