Louis Chavenello, Iii

Louis Chavenello, III age 53 of Milford, formerly of Fairfield, passed away Tuesday, May 3, 2016. Born in Norwalk, the son of the late Louis and Jacqueline Chavenello, he had been a Fairfield area resident for most of his life prior to moving to Milford 18 years ago. He was a graduate of Andrew Warde High School and attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical School in Florida. Louie had been working as a service technician for Standard Oil for the last 19 years and was also employed as a Branch Manager for People's Bank prior. Louie loved operating his successful side business, Ye Old Kettle Corn. He was an avid motorcycle enthusiast for most of his life. He developed a love of flying from his father, earning his private pilot's license, and enjoyed flying whenever he could. He was very active in the Meet Up singles group where he organized numerous enjoyable events and activities. Louie enjoyed spending time with his brother Doug be it riding motorcycles or fishing. Survivors include his beloved brother, Douglas Chavenello of Fairfield; an aunt, Joan Lindsey of Staten Island, NY; two cousins, Stephen Lindsey of Staten Island and George Lindsey of Boiling Springs, PA; and his many friends who will miss him dearly. He was predeceased by his twin brother Peter Chavenello. Friends may call Monday, May 9, 2016 from 4-8 P.M. in the Spear-Miller Funeral Home, 39 South Benson Road, Fairfield. A prayer service will conclude the visitation at 7:45 P.M with the Rev. Sam Kachuba officiating.
