Marilyn S Russell

Marilyn Sullivan Russell, 81, beloved wife of the late Gilbert Ross Russell and longtime Fairfield resident went to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 5th, 2015 surrounded by her family. She was an active member of Our Lady of the Assumption Church, the Gaelic American Club and AARP group at St. Thomas Church in Fairfield. She is survived by her son Gilbert Russell and his wife Susan, and daughters Margaret Russell Rideout and Allison Russell Borowy and her husband James, and grandchildren Erin, Gilbert and Meghan Russell, David and Alyssa Borowy, Marilyn Rideout and her great-granddaughter Maisie Russell. She is also survived by her brother Jack Sullivan, his wife Michielle; sister Susan Miranti and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister Kathleen Mottola. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 am, Thursday, July 9th at Our Lady of the Assumption Church, Fairfield. Friends may call on Wednesday, July 8th from 4-8 pm at Spear-Miller Funeral Home in Fairfield.
