Maureen K Clarke

Maureen Kathryn Clarke, age 49, of Fairfield, beloved wife of Paul G. Clarke, III, passed away Monday, September 1, 2014. Born in Nyack, NY the daughter of the late Edward J. Heed and Kathleen Heed of Rockland County, she had been a Fairfield resident for the last 11 years. Maureen graduated from Plattsburg University with a degree in Nursing. She worked as an Emergency Room nurse at White Plains Hospital where she will be fondly remembered as a dedicated, caring, and compasssionate patient advocate and an outstanding clinician. She was a devoted daughter, wife, and mother and will be sorely missed. Survivors in addition to her husband and mother include three beloved children, Danielle, Kaitlyn and Connor Clarke; a brother, Edward J. Heed, Jr. and several nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, September 6, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. meeting DIRECTLY at St. Thomas Aquinas Church, 1719 Post Road, Fairfield. Interment will follow in Most Holy Trinity Cemetery, East Hampton, NY. Friends may call Friday from 4-8 p.m. in the Spear-Miller Funeral Home, 39 South Benson Road, Fairfield.
