Molly Susanne Mellinger

Molly Mellinger, of Fairfield Connecticut was born in Menlo Park, CA on August 28th, 1987. She graduated from Ottawa University with honors and was just weeks away from completing her Masters of Fine Arts in Poetry through Fairfield University. She was a published poet and received multiple scholastic accolades throughout her life. Those who knew Molly were continuously impressed with her brilliant turn of a phrase. Molly saw life through a unique lens and possessed the rare ability to show others her visions through her writing. Molly was thoughtful and organized, and had recently launched her own consulting business, Hera Creative Consulting. Molly was involved in animal rescue and devoted to helping the homeless. Her passion was helping others less fortunate and never missed an opportunity to assist those in need. Beloved daughter and sister, she is survived by parents Gloria and Craig Mellinger and siblings Maggie and Jeremy Mellinger (and her rescue dog Leo). A private service will be held on Tuesday November 10th at Spear-Miller Funeral Home 39 S. Benson Rd, Fairfield, CT 06824.
