Patricia Rose Bonetti

Patricia (Daino) Bonetti, age 95, of Fairfield, beloved wife of 74 years to Dante Bonetti, passed away peacefully, at her home on August 28. Finding the love of her life in Dante, Patricia's devotion to him knew no bounds, and their amazing relationship was very loving, close, and joyful. Born in Bridgeport, she graduated from Warren Harding High School in 1938. A resident of Fairfield for nearly 70 years, she was a devoted and loving mother, who gave encouragement and support to Nancy and Kenny in all their endeavors, always with unconditional love. When she became a grandmother and great grandmother, she continued to entertain, delight, and love her grandchildren and great grandchildren with equal passion. A wonderful homemaker and cook, there was no crisis or problem that she felt a good home cooked meal couldn't make better. Her endless generosity, kindness, hugs, and kisses are what they remember her most for.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughter Nancy Hynes and her husband, Philip (Tom), of Newtown, and Kenneth Bonetti and his wife, Elene, of Stratford. She was the proud grandmother of Philip Hynes and his wife, Kristin, of Shelton, Jill Hynes and Vin Penry of Newtown, Dara Bonetti Cates and her husband, Dale, of Ansonia, and Robert Bonetti and his wife, Jaime, of Stratford. She was a loving great grandmother to Philip (Quint) Hynes, Anna Hynes, Katherine Hynes, Andrew Stinson Jr., Aiden Stinson, Natalia Cates, and Tanner Bonetti. There will be a Mass of Christian Burial at Holy Family Church, 700 Old Stratfield Road, Fairfield, at 11:00, September 10, 2015. Friends and family may pay their respects between 10:30 and 11:00 AM, prior to the start of the Mass. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
