Patricia Rose Kadar

Patricia Rose Kadar, age 79, of Fairfield, CT and Cocoa, FL, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt and friend, passed away peacefully at Bridgeport Hospital on August 18, 2017 after a short illness surrounded by her loving family. She was the cherished wife of Ronald Z. Kadar, Sr. for 62 years. Patricia was born in Bridgeport Hospital on July 25, 1938, the daughter of the late Peter and Mary (Gniadek) Baldyga of Bridgeport. Pat and Ron traveled to Brazil, Aruba, and Hawaii while raising two wonderful children (God's gift). They also enjoyed traveling throughout the United States and Canada. She is survived by her husband Ronald Sr., son Ronald Jr., daughter Deborah (Fred) Hull, three cherished grandchildren, Keith (Kathleen) Riley, Victoria Hull, and Patrick (Rachel) Hull, and two great-grandchildren, Marten and Finnegan Riley, brothers Stanislaw (Louise) Baldyga, Vincent (Joan) Baldyga, Raymond Baldyga, Theodore (Carol) Baldyga, and Daniel Baldyga, sisters Veronica (Jim) Zadrovicz, Regina Chencharick, and Rita Baldyga, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Patricia was predeceased by brothers Thomas and Peter Baldyga, sister Irene Burns, mother-in-law Helen Hilton, fathers-in-law Charles Hilton and Zoltan Kadar, brothers-in-law Howard and Kevin Hilton, and sister-in-law Lorraine Wergin. She is also survived by brothers-in-law Wayne (Karen) Kadar, and Z. Kenneth Kadar and in-laws Helen Kadar, Zoly, Kimberly, and Nancy. Friends may call on Monday, August 21, 2017 from 5 - 8 PM in the Spear - Miller Funeral Home, 39 South Benson Road, Fairfield. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at 11:00 AM meeting DIRECTLY at, St. Anthony of Padua Church, 149 South Pine Creek Road, Fairfield, CT. Internment will be private. In lieu of flowers, a donation in Patricia's memory may be made to the American Cancer Society, the Kidney Foundation or a charity of one's choice.
