John Vincent Pulito, 74, lifelong resident of Fairfield, CT passed away on Wednesday, July 16,, 2014. He was born on May 19, 1940. He is predeceased by his wife Mary Ann (Fugazzi) Pulito and his son John Pulito. He is survived by his daughter Amy Francoletti and her husband Paul of Redding, CT and his son Christopher Pulito and his wife Nancy of Fairfield, CT. He is also survived by his four grandchildren Nicholas Francoletti, Joseph Francoletti, Gianna Pulito, and Abigail Francoletti. John was the oldest of ten children of the late Frank and Emma (Barbetta) Pulito. He is predeceased by his brothers Frank, Robert, and Vincent Pulito. John leaves behind three brothers Joseph, Donald, and Kristopher Pulito and three sisters Gloria Barclay, Christine Pulito-Colbert and Emma Leventakos. He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews. John will always be remembered for his sense of humor, love of his grandchildren, gardening, and folk music. He was veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He spent most of his life working at Remington Arms and Sikorsky Aircraft. John was a member of the Northeast Organic Farmers Association and contributed to many charities. A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial celebrating John's life will be held on Wednesday July, 23, 2014 at 10:00 am at Our Lady of the Assumption Church Fairfield, CT. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Heart Association
