Renata Scoccia

RENATA SCOCCIA, aged 96, passed away peacefully on February 19, 2023 surrounded by the love of her family.
Born in Piacenza, Italy, the second of six children, she was the daughter of the late Gino and Alice Delledonne, and
was a long time resident of Westport and Fairfield, Connecticut. Prior to coming to CT, Renata had resided in
Caracas, Venezuela with her late loving husband of 57 years, Dr. Cesare Scoccia. Her greatest enjoinment was the
time spent with her family. Renata was a loved and beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and a
friend of many. Renata is survived by her children, Susanna (Giacinto Filippelli) Scoccia, Julia (late Kenneth) Svec,
and Dr. Humberto (Dr. Mary Stephenson) Scoccia. In addition, she is remembered by her eight grand children,
Francesca, Gerardo, Renata, Federico, Helen, Adriana, Lauren, Susan and her ten adored great grandchildren, Nina,
Sofia, Nadia, Filippo, Mira, Leon, Andrea, Nicolas, Parker and Calvin. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and
