Robert Boroskey

Robert (Bob/Bubba) Boroskey, 83, currently resided in Cocoa, FL., the beloved husband of 62 years and 3 years of dating to Catherine T. Boroskey, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 27th, 2024. He was born in Bridgeport, CT to the late Joseph and Pauline Boroskey. He lived most of his life in Fairfield, CT. Bob (Bubba) worked for the Town of Fairfield as a foremen, operated heavy machinery/equipment and plowed snow. Prior to that he worked for multiple construction companies building homes and malls. Bob was an avid fisherman, fireworks aficionado, great Polka dancer and made THE BEST bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches you’ve ever had. Bob attended Roger Ludlowe High School in Fairfield. Bob is survived by his two daughters, Doreen A. Boroskey and Donna M. Boroskey, son-in-law Alex Hernandez and a sister Shirley Wilk. He was predeceased by his brother Joseph Boroskey Jr. 

A mass is scheduled for November 20th, 2024 at 10:00am at Blessed Sacrament Church, 5135 US-1, Cocoa, FL. 32927. 

A Memorial Mass will be held in Connecticut at a later date.
