Robert Warmingham, of Fairfield, age 62, loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend to many, passed away on Monday Nov. 7th 2022 after a long courageous battle.
Affectionately referred to as "Bob the Builder" by many, he put his all in everything he did. His dedication, care and loyalty to his work both at Brooklawn CC and his home improvement business were unsurpassed. Through the years Bob enjoyed working on his endless projects. He loved going to car shows to share his cherished vintage cars. On his lake weekends he could be seen driving around in his golf cart at his home away from home, the family campsite, with his beloved English bulldog Jack by his side. He enjoyed fishing there and got great pleasure in catapulting his grandsons off the tube he pulled with his boat on the lake.
Bob's memory will be carried on by his loving wife Rose and their children, Krystal Horvath (Mike), Peter Warmingham (Jenny), Alexis Warmingham, and his adored Grandsons, Bentley and Mason. He also leaves behind his parents, Teresa and Henry Warmingham. Siblings Todd, Craig, and Beth Warmingham and their families. Uncle Bob and Aunt Maria along with many loved friends.
Interment will be private. A Celebration of Life Memorial will be held on Nov. 19th from 2:00-5:00 at Brooklawn Country Club 500 Algonquin Rd. Fairfield CT 06825 for anyone who would like to attend.
In Lieu of flowers friends may consider a contribution to a scholarship fund established for Bob's two Grandsons, Bentley and Mason. Contributions can be made out and sent care of Rosalie Warmingham to Brooklawn CC 500 Algonquin Rd. Fairfield CT 06825.
