Theodore Nicholas Zengou

Theodore "Ted" Nicholas Zengou, Jr., age 73, of Fairfield, passed on Monday, July 20, 2020. Born in Bridgeport, Ted was a lifelong area resident. He went to St. John's University in Jamaica, Queens to obtain his RPh and practiced as a pharmacist for most of his life. Prior to attending pharmacology school, he met the love of his life, Margaret, affectionately known as Cookie, and married in 1969. Ted is survived by a son Ryan, his wife Lisa, and their daughter Dylan; a son Adam, his wife Casey, and their son Cooke; a daughter Rory, her husband Eddie, and their daughter Emerson; as well as his beloved four legged companion, Snoopy. Ted is predeceased by his cherished wife, Cookie. Friends and family may call on Friday, July 24, 2020 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at the Spear-Miller Funeral Home, 39 South Benson Road, Fairfield. A committal service will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2020 at 9:15am at the Lawncroft Cooperative Cemetery, 1740 Black Rock Turnpike, Fairfield. Please remember to use caution amidst the concerns of the pandemic to wear a mask and remain socially distant from those outside of your household.
