Thomas Julius Milligan

Thomas Julius Milligan, 28, of Fairfield, passed away suddenly on December 14, 2021. He is the loving son of Nancy Milligan and the late Robert Milligan.  Thomas is survived by an aunt, Stephanie Hrynyk of Syracuse and several cousins.

Thomas was an accomplished musician; he excelled at playing the euphonium, which he played since he was a young child. After graduating from Roger Ludlowe High School, Thomas attended Uconn as a music major. He continued his passion for Music at the Hart School where he earned a Masters in Music and was currently a doctoral candidate. But more than his educational and musical achievements, he was a loving son and a fantastic and dependable friend.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday December 22, 2021 at 10 AM. Three Saints Orthodox Church, 26 Howard Ave., Ansonia, CT. A walk through visitation will be at the Spear Miller Funeral Home, 39 S. Benson Rd., Fairfield, on Tuesday from 4-7PM with a Panachida Service at 4PM.In lieu of flowers, gifts can be made to support scholarships for students at The Hartt School at the University of Hartford, 200 Bloomfield Ave., West Hartford CT 06117.
